Outsourced dental CAD design means your lab sends scan files and instructions to a design team, which prepares the restoration design in software such as Exocad or 3Shape. You then receive production-ready files to mill, print or send for production.
Send zipped scan files, the prescription, shade details, bite records, implant information and any lab-specific instructions through our case portal. We check the case before design starts and tell you if anything is missing.
We design in Exocad and 3Shape and deliver the final files in the format your lab uses. Tell us your software and required file format when you submit the case, and we will prepare the files to match.
Standard design cases can usually be completed within 12 hours after case files and instructions are confirmed. Time varies with case complexity and does not include weekends, holidays or special case adjustments.
